Mytiece hails from Camden, SC, and a big baseball fan—her favorite team is the New York Yankees. One of his guiding principles is: “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’ll always be right.” What inspired her to join the business was the opportunity to control her own income and build something meaningful. Mytiece thrives in the uplifting team culture and values the daily chance to grow and help others do the same.

Salwa is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She’s driven by a mindset of self-motivation, guided by her favorite quote: “Push yourself because nobody will for you.” Salwa is inspired by the opportunity to grow—both personally and professionally—instead of staying stagnant. She’s passionate about helping others and really takes pride in contributing to the positive environment at LCA.
